Please be aware it can take up to two weeks before order is filled if supplies are out of stock. You will be notified when order is received of items out of stock.

An invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours after receiving your order form. Payment is due at that time. Books/Merch will be shipped within 1 week of receiving your payment.
